FPPC violations? I asked the Lake Forest City Clerk & she has only had issues with Adam Nick/Leah Basile-no other candidates
The Cabal of James Gardner, Adam Nick, Martin Henderon & Leah Basile are LYING to hide their issues-I just called the city clerk to confirm
I just talked to the City Clerk for the City of Lake Forest. And she has requested multiple amendments to both Form 460 (unreported expenses) and Candidate Statements (for prohibited statements per the election code) from both Adam Nick and Leah Basile. And she has not needed to request any amendments from any other candidates.
The City Clerk also said that all other candidates have filed every form required to be submitted to the City of Lake Forest and believes them to be complete and accurate.
Based on my personal opinion and my discussion with the city clerk, I feel she thinks that the FPPC complaint against Dwight Robinson has ZERO merit and the FPPC will find it completely baseless.

Summary
Why do Adam Nick, James Gardner, Martin Henderson and Leah Basile feel such the need to lie about FPPC violations for other candidates? Maybe it is because they are trying to deflect that their side has all of the issues (and they are trying to hide their own incorrect/fraudulent reporting):
