Nakase Workshop Wednesday Night
Toll Bros. proposes to add more than 600 homes. What do you think?

Nakase Bros. is considering selling their 122 acres to Toll Brothers who plan to build between 600 and 800 homes along with giving land for an elementary school that SVUSD would have to build. The money for the school would have to come from SVUSD, who to date indicate that they don't have the $30,000,000+ to build a new school.
The meeting is Wednesday night at 6:30 at the City Hall.
The meeting is a Scoping Meeting for the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that must be done before the proposal can be submitted. . When an Agency determines that an EIR will be required for a project, they send a Notice of Preparation to the State and all responsible and trustee agencies. The City holds a Scoping Meeting in order to consult with any person or organization that may be concerned with the environmental effects of the project. The City is looking for comments on what issues the public feel should be evaluated in the environmental document. It is also an opportunity to inform the public about the environmental process and how they can participate in the review of the Draft document.
