<p>A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle in Laguna Beach today while outside a crosswalk, police said.</p><p>The accident in the 20600 block of Laguna Canyon Road occurred at 1:05 a.m., Laguna Beach police Sgt. Eric Lee said.</p><p>Richard McCrary, 40, died at a hospital, the Orange County coroner's office reported. His home town was not known. The 20-year-old woman driving the vehicle remained at the scene and was not detained, Lee said.</p><p><b><i>City News Service</i></b></p>
