The Lafayette Youth Arts Society (www.lyas.org) will be holding a series of free writing workshops for middle school students in Lafayette. The workshops will be taught by St. Mary’s College graduate students in the English degree program.
The first two workshops will be on November 1st and 8th, and the third and final workshop will be on January 17th.
Students can work on an entry for the 2nd Annual Youth Writing and Photography Contest if they’d like, and bring it to the third workshop to have it critiqued.
