Pay With Lovin' at McDonald's Around East Bay
Starting today, the restaurant chain will accept "Acts of Lovin'" -- like a fist bump -- as a form of payment to random customers.
McDonald’s Restaurants around the East Bay and across the United States will be launching its “Acts of Lovin’” campaign on Feb. 2, allowing random customers to exchange fist bumps and high-fives for food products.
The Pay with Lovin’ campaign strives to show consumers that a little lovin’ can change a lot, according to a spokesperson for the campaign, with the event coinciding with the chain’s Super Bowl ad. Some lucky customers will be selected through a “randomized process at predetermined times” and offered the option of paying for their order with an act of Lovin’ instead of cash.
The campaign runs from Feb. 2, to Feb. 14, and of course, there are some officials rules.
