MVPD Arrests Man Accused of Threatening Wife While She Babysat at Local Residence

Police were called after receiving a report that a man with a gun was possibly threatening his wife, police said.

Mill Valley police are investigating a recent domestic violence incident between a man and his wife at a Vasco Court residence, the agency reports.

Gerrado Bunag Agregado, 58, of Mill Valley, went to the residence where his wife was babysitting on Monday, Sgt. Michael Lane said.

Police were called after receiving a report that a man with a gun was possibly threatening his wife, Lane said.

“On arrival the male subject was contacted by officers and detained while they conducted an investigation,” Lane said in a news release. “The homeowner was able to point out a bag the male had left in the kitchen area which contained a loaded revolver.”

Agregado was arrested at 2:25 p.m.

Agregado, who listed his occupation as a limo driver, was booked into Marin County Jail on two counts each of threatening a crime to terrorize and grand theft of a firearm.

His bail was set at $50,000, according to jail records.
