By Bay City News Service:
A San Francisco woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI Wednesday afternoon after she lost control of her car and struck another vehicle on U.S. Highway 101 in Mill Valley, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Kimberly Lewellen, 35, was driving in the fast lane of northbound Highway 101 around 2:30 p.m. when her car hit the center divider and crossed all lanes of traffic, CHP Officer Andrew Barclay said.

As the vehicle crossed the traffic lanes, it hit another vehicle occupied by two San Francisco residents.
That vehicle spun out and hit a chain-link fence between the highway and the frontage road. Neither the driver nor an 89-year-old female passenger in that car were injured, Barclay said.
