2 Seats Open On Livermore Area Recreation And Park District Board

The seats currently occupied by Chair Jan Palajac and Director Beth Wilson are up for re-election on Nov. 3, 2020.

Press release from Livermore Area Recreation and Park District’s Board of Directors: Two seats on the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District’s Board of Directors, those currently occupied by Chair Jan Palajac and Director Beth Wilson, are up for re-election on November 3, 2020. The two seats to be filled are for four-year terms from December 2020 to December 2024.

The nomination period for persons wishing to declare candidacy is from July 13, 2020 to August 7, 2020, at 5 p.m. Potential candidates should visit the Alameda County Registrar of Voters website to check their eligibility and the requirements to file to run for office. All candidates must make an appointment for either an in person or an online video conference with the Alameda County Registrar of Voters office. No walk-ins will be accepted. It is recommended that you call the Candidate Services Department at (510) 272-6960 to make an appointment or if you have any questions about the process.
