Agenda Item 5.01: Hearing to consider protests related to the non-payment of solid waste, recycling, and organics handling services provided by Livermore Sanitation for collection on the County assessor tax roll.

Agenda Item 5.02: Hearing to authorize negotiation of a Development Agreement (DA 19-001) with PresidioCo Bay Area LLC and/or 2205 Railroad Avenue LLC to construct a three-story, approximately 135-room boutique hotel on the southeast corner of South Livermore Avenue and Railroad Avenue.
