Livermore Police Recover Stolen Baseball Gear, E-Bike, Scooters, More
Police say a Livermore man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of baseball gear, a GHS student's e-bike, and much more.

LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore police were able to recover roughly $3500 in stolen baseball equipment from an umpire storage shed near the Granada High School Little League fields, the department said. Police also recovered a $2400 e-bike left at the school’s bike storage area, and many more valuable items upon searching the suspect’s home.
On Wednesday, March 15, police responded to a report that a suspect had broken into the umpire storage shed and stolen roughly $3500 in equipment. The following day, a Livermore Police School Resource Officer received a report about a stolen bike. Police watched surveillance footage and identified the suspect as 29-year-old Jared Moynahan of Livermore, whom they say has an “extensive criminal history” and is out on bail on two counts of felony possession of a stolen vehicle.
On Monday, the LPD Crime Prevention Unit issued a search warrant for Moynahan. In his home, officers recovered the e-bike, most of the umpire equipment, and multiple other stolen items, including two scooters, three Ring doorbell cameras and a credit card.
