LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore Mayor John Marchand’s 2023 State of the City address is now available to view on TV30, tv30.org, and YouTube.

Marchand’s talk was delivered at the Robert Livermore Community Center on May 25, to an audience of about 300 people. In a 40-minute address, Marchand touched upon housing, infrastructure, the city’s General Plan update, the city’s fiscal health, and more.
