LIVERMORE, CA — The City of Livermore has a new street dedicated to veterans. Sunday the city formally celebrated Veterans Way, which runs parallel to First Street and Railroad Avenue, and east and west between S. Livermore Avenue and S. L Street.

The Livermore Stockmen’s Rodeo Association came up with the idea, and Sunday a small parade — complete with local dignitaries — officially dedicated the new roadway.
