1 Hospitalized Following Rollover Crash On I-580
The multi-car crash blocked several lanes on the freeway during the Monday afternoon commute.

LIVERMORE, CA — At least one person was hospitalized after a rollover crash in Livermore Monday afternoon, the California Highway patrol said. A Sig-alert issued for eastbound Interstate 580 west of N. Livermore Avenue in Livermore following the collision has since been lifted.
The wreck, which involved at least three cars, was reported at 3:30 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. The CHP said at least one person involved was taken to Sutter Hospital in Tracy.
The CHP and Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department crews responded to assist. No other information is available.

In downtown Livermore, a possible gas leak has prompted police to close South H between Seventh and Eighth streets in Livermore this afternoon, police officials said. The leak was reported at 1:16 p.m., according to the Pulsepoint phone application. Drivers are asked to avoid the area as the road will be closed for the next several hours and a wind advisory remains in effect for the Altamont Pass.
