Package Thief Caught on Camera, Livermore Police Say

LIVERMORE, CA — Police officials are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of stealing a package from a Livermore porch. Video surveillance captured the incident in early December, police said via social media. The man appears to be in his 20s or 30s. He is white or Hispanic with dark hair, mustache and goatee.

Two Vallejo residents were arrested last week in connection with a rash of package thefts plaguing Danville, town officials said. Investigators arrested the duo after officers noticed a car matching the description given by residents with surveillance cameras near the homes recently targeted by the thieves.
