
Livermore Police say the driver of a Corvette that killed a woman and baby on a walkway Saturday night and injured two young boys in a backyard was given a field alcohol test. His alcohol level was at least .13.
The suspect, Brian Jones, was arrested but quickly bailed out of jail.
He is due in court Tuesday morning.
