LOS ANGELES, CA — As the weekend wraps, we've rounded up some of the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.

Many Angelenos spent Sunday glued to the TV screen, unsure whether to root for or against a California win from their longtime rival. In other news, two plane crashes were reported in SoCal. A small two-seater crashed at John Wayne Airport, injuring both of the passengers inside, and a helicopter that left Palm Springs Friday night crashed about 75 miles northeast of Barstow, killing six people, including a prominent Nigerian bank executive and his family.
