Los Angeles World Airports Awarded $289 Million For New Airport Access Roadways (ala.aero) — Los Angeles travelers could soon see smoother trips to and from LAX thanks to a new $289 million federal grant for building dedicated airport access roads. The project aims to pull airport traffic off Sepulveda Boulevard, cut congestion, and support LAX's broader modernization, which city leaders say will boost jobs, safety, and the overall travel experience for Angelenos.
