LOS ANGELES — A wet cement spill has closed two lanes of the westbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway near La Brea Avenue in Mid-City. A SigAlert is in effect.
Traffic is backed up to Vermont Avenue.
"There was a wet cement spill from a work truck about 9:40 this morning. A traffic information alert was issued for the two right lanes at that location," a California Highway Patrol spokesman told Patch.
