Maine Gov Wants to Bring Back the Guillotine and Public Executions
A satirical look at current events!

Maine Gov Wants to Bring Back the Guillotine and Public Executions: In a recent radio interview, controversial Republican Gov. Paul LePage of Maine said he feels his state is too easy on drug crimes, suggesting it’s time to bring back the guillotine and public executions for serious offenders.
Wow, sounds like Donald Trump may have finally found himself the perfect running mate, but political analysts caution that the governor may be really sticking his neck out with a proposal like this. Meanwhile, LePage staffers complain this is yet another example of the liberal media unfairly reporting exactly what the governor said and ask that he be judged not by some decapitation proposal, but by his whole body of work.
And while some are fully supportive of the idea, others say all this beheading talk proves he’s obviously pandering to ISIS sympathizers in the state. Meanwhile, angry Democrats say all this guillotine nonsense just ain’t cutting it and warn that a lot of heads are gonna roll over this. Now the question remains, is it time for Maine to turn LePage?
