The Malibu City Council will conduct the Second Reading and Adoption of the Short-Term Rental Hosted Ordinance during the City Council virtual meeting on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 6:30 PM.

On November 5, 2020, the City Council introduced the Hosted STR Ordinance to establish provisions to regulate short-term rental of property citywide which include, but are not limited to, requiring the presence of an onsite host during short-term rentals, primary residency requirements and multifamily restrictions.
