Ben was 27 at the time of the Nuremberg trials.

Ben Ferencz, age 97, was honored by the municipality of The Hague, Holland, as “one of the figureheads of international justice," not just because he is the last surviving prosecutor from the Nuremberg trials, but also because of his decades long work for the institution of an International Criminal Court (finally established in 2002) that would deal with issues of crimes against humanity and war crimes.
