The Chief will provide insight into the fire response operations during the Woolsey Fire and answer questions from residents. Osby has served as chief since 2011 and has been with the Department for more than 30 years, according to the city. The Town Hall Meeting will take place Saturday, Jan. 26 in the Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall from 3 to 5 p.m. City Hall is located at 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu, CA 90265.
