Trump Feels Civil War Dispute Could Have Been Worked Out
A satirical look at current events!

Trump Feels Civil War Dispute Could Have Been Worked Out: In an interview with the Washington Examiner, President Donald Trump expressed confusion as to why the Civil War took place - claiming that Andrew Jackson “was really angry” about the upcoming conflict, even though he died 16 years before the war actually began.
Gee, who knew US history could be so complicated? So much for those who claim American exceptionalism is dead - when once again we have the United States leading the world in a new first - the first advanced, industrialized nation to elect a moron to lead their country. Of course, to be fair, Trump’s not completely in error - there actually was a President named Andrew Jackson.
But geez, didn’t we just have a big march for science? Sounds like we’re gonna need one for history too. As if alternative facts weren’t enough - now, we’ve got alternative history. Next, Trump will be telling us how angry Andrew Jackson would have been that Gary Busey was eliminated in Week 4 of the 2015 competition of Dancing With the Stars - had he not died first.

But hell, it isn’t his interpretation of what started the Civil War that concerns me, its more about what excuse he’ll find to start the next World War.
