The Legion of Honor will present a lecture and slideshow at the Millbrae Library on Pissarro's People, "celebrating the painter's humanism in all its aspects."
The Legion of Honor exhibit on Pissarro includes almost 100 works of art, including 36 paintings. Most notably, the exhibit includes portraits of his relatives and friends and scenes of French fields and markets.
