SFO BLAMES THE FAA FOR THE EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF FLIGHTS, YET BERT IN NOISE ABATEMENT ADMITED THE AIRPORT TAKES ON MORE AIRLINES THEMSELVES! BUT SFO DOES NOTHING TO SPARE US FROM THE NOISE! SUE SFO! THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERATE NEIGHBORS ON THEIR OWN!

SFO LIES! The noise Sunday night has been relentless, and blood pressure raising! If SFO would have the decency to put up noise barriers and sound corridors, much of the jet engine blast noise would be lowered, and could help the residents of Millbrae etc; have more healthy and pleasant lives....BUT SFO WON'T DO IT! How can we take any of their noise complaint hotlines seriously? When we met with E.R. Ganboung, Jr. (aka BERT) in SFO Noise Abatement, he reeled off a pre-rehearsed message that has now been updated to include the crash of Asiana Airlines as a reason why there cannot be noise barriers, or sound corridors! That is one of the most outrageous things I have heard! Using a sad situation as an excuse to not put in noise relief for their neighbors, is beyond the pale! The noise from SFO airplanes is not a recent situation! How can the Asiana crash have ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT? OTHER AIRPORTS USE THEM! SFO either doesn't want to spend the money to help make our lives less a LIVING HELL, or they have other reasons not voiced, for keeping us in misery! We need to have lower taxes, if we are going to be abused! The noise cannot help with property values! The noise, has gotten WORSE, and SFO just keeps taking on new airlines, so the air traffic has increased! SFO makes more and more money AT OUR EXPENSE! How does it feel to have them raking in the bucks, while you can't enjoy life, or sleep well? How nice of us to sacrifice for them! They could make many choices that would cut down on the noise, BUT THEY REFUSE! PLEASE BOYCOTT SFO, AND START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM, AND INCLUDE OUR GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES WHO REFUSE TO TAKE OUR SIDE AND HELP US! THEN VOTE THEM OUT! SFO NEEDS TO LEARN A LESSON, AND SO DO UNCARING, DO NOTHING GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS! IT IS SAD WHEN THOSE WHO INFRINGE UPON THE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY, AND HEALTH OF OTHERS, WON'T DO THE RIGHT THING, BUT INSTEAD LIE ABOUT IT, AND WEASEL OUT OF DOING ANYTHING!
