Hundreds Without Power In Marin County

A downed power line caused a power outage, while other outages are due to planned maintenance, according to PG&E.

MARIN COUNTY, CA – Hundreds of customers are without power Monday in Marin County, according to Pacific Gas & Electric.

PG&E reported on its outage map that 716 customers have no power in Tamalpais-Homestead Valley, a census-designated place in Marin. The outage started a 8:17 a.m.

A downed power line caused the power outage, according to PG&E. Power is expected to be restored by 2 p.m.

No other information was immediately available.

Elsewhere in the county, 325 customers in Larkspur and 73 customers in Mill Valley have no power due to planned maintenance in the area. Crews are onsite working to restore power.
