The Shelter in Place Order exempts maintenance of essential infrastructure, including the construction of housing. Based on this exemption, staff will continue to process permits and plan check submittals, as staffing allows. In-person submittals require an appointment and are based on staffing availability.

  • City inspectors will contact the household to confirm the inspection prior to conducting the site visit to ensure that health and safety protocols are followed.
