Drug-Related Hotel Search Nets 3 Arrests In Milpitas
The probation search was at the Larkspur Landing Hotel.

On Sunday, May 31, three were arrested on drug-related charges after a search at the Larkspur Landing Hotel in Milpitas, near McCarthy Ranch.
A probation search of a hotel room in the name of Freddie Mendoza led to the arrests. Mendoza had been on probation for narcotic-related offenses.
The Milpitas Police Department officer conducting the search found over six ounces of methamphetamine in a backpack belonging to Mendoza.

In addition, the two occupants of the room at the time of the search, Trisha Ann Younker and Paula Garcia, were both found in possession of drug paraphernalia and taken into police custody. Younker was wanted on outstanding warrants and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for the warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Garcia was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and released. Mendoza was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for possession of methamphetamine for sales and violating his probation.
