A Flea in her Ear

A new version of Georges Feydeau’s
farce “A Flea in her Ear” by David
Ives will be staged by the Glendale Community College Theatre Arts Department
for a two-weekend run in the Auditorium Mainstage Theatre beginning Nov. 7.

Directed by Matt Foyer, the play is updated
to Paris in the 1960s. Complete with chase scenes, mistaken identity, naughty
humor and general mayhem, David Ives’ version of Feydeau’s “A Flea in her Ear” is farce at its very best.  Due to adult language and subject matter, the
play is not recommended for children.

Performances are Nov. 7, 8, 9, 14, 15
and 16 at 8 p.m. and Nov. 10 and 17 at 2 p.m.  Tickets are $15 general admission and $12 for
students and seniors and $10 each for groups of 10 or more (prices include a $2
per ticket convenience fee).  Tickets can
be purchased online at www.glendalearts.org and printed out or held at the box
office will-call for pick up before the performance.  For information on GCC theatre productions
call the box office at 818-240-1000, ext. 5612 or visit the website at
