“Present Life: An Evening of 10-Minute Plays,” offered as part of the Glendale Community College 85th anniversary celebration, opens in the GCC Auditorium Studio Theatre at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8.
Additional shows are May 9, 10 and 11 at 8 p.m. Thursday, May 9 is a “Meet the Playwrights” fundraising reception following the performance. The cost for the reception is $25 per person with proceeds going to the Student Success Fund.
“Present Life” is an eclectic mix of new, 10-minute plays from notable playwrights on the theme of birthdays and anniversaries.

There is limited seating in the Studio Theatre and no late seating. Tickets are $15 for general admission, $12 for students and seniors (including $2 convenience fee) and may be purchased online at www.glendalearts.org.
