Ballroom Dancing for Seniors

Ballroom Dancing for Seniors

Rated one of the best mind-body exercise for seniors, ballroom dancing improves posture, balance and strengthens your body’s core muscles. It will also benefit your mental and emotional health. Our teaching method is custom tailored for seniors: low impact, highly repetitive, and with few turns. We concentrate on the most useful and popular steps. You will learn to Waltz, Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Tango and Foxtrot in a very short period! You will look fun and graceful on the dance floor at your next soiree. No partner is needed because we use the rotation system. A new dance series starts at the beginning of each month. Students, please wear casual, comfortable clothes and shoes with leather soles.

Every Monday 2:00pm – 3:00pm
