CV Sierra Club program on Cuba

The Crescenta Valley Sierra Club presents Bruce Hale's "Cuba Humanitarian - A Unique Travel Experience". Bruce will present slides with commentary from his trip to this evolving island nation which many Americans want to visit. His 14-day trip was part of a humanitarian program last March with descriptions of the Cuban people, their culture and history and their vibrancy despite hardships. He will take his audience on an armchair tour of Havana, eco-preserves, beaches and art galleries in the western portion of the island. Also will be shown pictures of classic American cars from the 1950's still gracing the streets of Havana.

Our program begins following news of Conservation and Outings. This is free to the community and everyone is welcome. Please contact Wayne Fisher for further info at 818 353-4181.
