Free TB Clinic at Glendale Unified School District

From Fremont Elementary School: 

All GUSD volunteers must have a TB clearance. You need an updated TB test every four years. GUSD is offering a free TB clinic Monday, October 22 from 1-5 p.m. at the School District, 223 N. Jackson. The TB reading will take place Thursday, Oct. 25, at the same place from 1-5 p.m.

You may also be tested by your physician's office or at CVS Pharmacy's Minute Clinic. If you do not have an updated TB test by Oct. 25, you will not be allowed to volunteer until you have one.
