
Mat Pilates
This is a beginner’s introduction into the Pilates method, an innovative system-body exercise. Pilates may sound intimidating, but it’s an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance, and flexibility. Virtually all Pilates exercises can be modified for different body types and fitness levels. You do not have to know everything to begin; the important thing is to get started! We just added a new Tuesday morning class – check it out!
