Parent & Me Dance

A dance class for little boys and girls ages 18 months to 3+ years. This class is for young children to give them an introduction to dance and creative movement while in a safe and nurturing environment and the security of a parent’s presence. Moms or dads will dance alongside their little ones as they explore balance, flexibility, coordination, movement, spacial awareness and interpretation of different musical styles. Lots of games and fun exercises inspire toddlers to explore the world of dance as they spin, leap, hop, jump and run to lots of great songs and different musical styles. Props add to the fun and games. Young ones will have a great time and make new friends as they learn more about their ability to express themselves through movement. Tennis shoes or no shoes are fine; wear your ballet clothes, tutus or comfies. Younger babies are also invited to enjoy this class in a sling or baby holder.
