Tai Chi Chuan is a practice, which concentrates and coordinates gentle flowing movements, breathing, sensory awareness, mental imagery, intellect and self-expression in order to cultivate physical and mental well being. Regular practice can improve relaxation, balance, coordination, and have a positive impact on health.
