Lee Gale Gruen's memoir, Adventures With Dad: a Father & Daughter's Journey Through a Senior Acting Class, chronicles how she came to reinvent herself in her senior years. Her entertaining presentation will describe how she found a book publisher and how a senior acting class she attended with her father led to a successful acting career.
Lee Gale will also perform a reading of a scene that she wrote and performed with her father at Emeritus College in Santa Monica.
Lee Gale Gruen starting acting after retiring from a long-term career as a Probation Officer. She has appeared in commercials, television, community theater, music videos and short films. She was one of six exercise dancers in "Jane Fonda's Prime Time Firm & Burn" 2001 DVD, and was the oldest contestant in a fitness pageant.
