Beer and Wine Coming To Napa Starbucks?
If given approval by the state ABC, "Happy Hour" will begin at 4 p.m. at the First Street shop.

Beer and wine will be served at 15 Bay Area Starbucks locations, including one on First Street in Napa, if the required liquor license applications are approved by the state’s Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Happy hour will begin at 4 p.m. at stores given the coveted “Starbucks Evenings” designation, according to a report in the San Jose Mercury News.
Along with the location at 1006 First Street in Napa, applications are being requested at stores in Petaluma, Fairfield and Santa Rosa.
