Newark Police Catch Alleged Car Thieves

NEWARK, CA — Police officers depend upon their trained eyes to pick out suspicious behavior, and to separate criminals from law-abiding citizens.

Last week, that training paid off when an officer spotted a vehicle driving around a mall in a fishy manner. According to police, "A stop was made, resulting in the recovery of this stolen car with two subjects in custody!"
