Newark Police Impound Vehicle From Sideshow

NEWARK, CA — Newark Police continue to crack down on sideshows, a source of annoyance and danger to local residents.

Police report that on Saturday, Officer Anthony Piquette and Field Training Officer Gustavo Arroyo stopped a vehicle at Sportsfield Park after spotting a sideshow.

An 18 year old man was cited and his vehicle was towed away and impounded for 30 days.
