• 1 dead in collision in Norwalk involving 15 vehicles — street racing? (pasadenastarnews.com) — A deadly overnight collision on Rosecrans Avenue in Norwalk left one driver dead and damaged 15 vehicles, including 11 parked cars, near Longworth Avenue. Sheriff's investigators are examining whether street racing played a role after two eastbound vehicles rolled multiple times and a third car then struck several parked vehicles. 
• Norwalk police roll out public transparency tool for Flock camera system (news12.com) — Norwalk residents can now see how the city's 11 license plate reader cameras are used through a new online Flock Transparency Portal. The site explains data retention, limits on sharing, and strict bans on using the technology for immigration enforcement, traffic tickets, or targeting people seeking reproductive or gender-affirming care.
• Norwalk Civic Center revamp takes shape on Imperial Highway (urbanize.city) — Construction is rapidly transforming Norwalk's Civic Center into "The Walk," a dense mixed-use hub at Norwalk Boulevard and Imperial Highway with 374 homes, 56 affordable units, and 94,000 square feet of retail. Work has already reached the upper levels of the new parking structure and is underway on housing and shops, promising big changes for traffic, shopping, and housing options nearby.
