• A $2.7 billion transportation overhaul is coming to California, with more than 150 projects — and L.A. is getting Olympic upgrades (secretlosangeles.com) — Norwalk's transit station is slated for new lighting, security, wayfinding, and passenger amenities as part of a $2.7 billion statewide transportation package preparing L.A. County for the 2028 Olympics. The upgrades aim to improve daily commutes for Norwalk riders while helping handle the surge of visitors expected for the Games.
