Partnering with the Marin Small Business Development Center, the city aims to boost commercial vitality, support more local jobs, and respond to residents' calls for stronger retail and business support. 
• Marin family brings local history to life (pressdemocrat.com) — A Novato-based member of the Patterson family is helping bring San Francisco's Gold Rush history to life through the immersive San Francisco Historium at Pier 35 this weekend. Local residents can make a day trip for reenactments, performances, and hands-on experiences, with tickets ranging from $20 to $40 and free admission for kids 4 and under.
