OCEANSIDE, CA – A 19-year-old man was shot Thursday afternoon in Oceanside, authorities said. The shooting happened around 3:15 p.m. at 3342 East Tropicana Drive.
Officers found the victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to his upper torso, according to Oceanside police. The victim was flown to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
The suspect was seen fleeing the scene in a white four-door sedan, possibly a Honda, police said. The vehicle was last seen headed westbound on East Tropicana Drive.
