The 22-year-old pleaded guilty to multiple misdemeanor sexual battery counts tied to several incidents on the popular hiking trail.

Oceanside man shot and killed in Tijuana months after being deported by ICE, family says (10news.com) — Family members say an Oceanside man who commuted from the Oceanside Transit Center was killed during a robbery in Tijuana months after being detained and deported by ICE. They dispute ICE's account of his arrest and record, while raising funds to return his body to Mexico for burial.
