Tis’ the Season to Shop Local + Merry Makers Fair Begins Saturday

OCEANSIDE, CA — Kick off the return of ’Tis the Season to Shop Local with this walkable Downtown Oceanside shopping experience. On Small Business Saturday, from 1-4 p.m., enjoy 14 tastings from your favorite Oceanside brewers, wineries and craft beverage makers while you explore Downtown shops, enjoy in-store specials, peruse the Merry Makers Fair and listen to live holiday music.

Participate in the new Oceanside Holiday Challenge along the way for a chance to win rad local prizes. Just $25 (Or save $5 by using code SHOPOSIDE5 before midnight Friday, when online ticket sales end), or $30 the day of, tickets for Sip & Shop Downtown Oceanside are limited.

’Tis the Season to Shop Local is a fun, distinctly local holiday celebration inviting the community to explore Oceanside retail establishments and to shop local this holiday season. This unique and dynamic lineup of holiday programs and events will feature a new digital scavenger hunt, a craft beer and wine tasting event, a makers fair offering handcrafted goods, and a tree lighting celebration — all amid decorated shop windows, the glow of holiday lights and the cheerful sounds of live holiday music and carolers.

Merry Makers Fair

What: Come discover an array of handcrafted and artisanal goods on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 27-Sunday, Nov. 28 for our Sixth Annual Merry Makers Fair in Downtown Lot 35 at Pier View Way and North Tremont Street, the location of our spring Downtown Oceanside Makers Markets and the Sunset Market Main Stage. This free two-day ‘Tis the Season to Shop Local pop-up market features local and area makers and live holiday music.
