Downtown Disney To Close Longstanding Restaurant After 23 Years, Officials Say
The smoothie bar that has operated out of Downtown Disney for 23 years will soon close to make way for a new SoCal bubble tea shop.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A longstanding smoothie bar that has operated out of Downtown Disney for 23 years will close to make way for a SoCal bubble tea shop.
Jamba will close on July 6 and be replaced by a Bopo Go cafe planned for the Downtown Disney location, The Orange County Register reported.
Downtown Disney's Jamba will remain open until then, the report said.

Disneyland has filed a building permit with the City of Anaheim to remodel the 1,200-square-foot Jamba juice bar in Downtown Disney with electrical, plumbing and mechanical upgrades for a new business, Theme Park Wizard reported.
Downtown Disney's Jamba originally opened as a Jamba Juice in 2003, two years after the outdoor shopping mall debuted in 2001, Mickey Visit reported.

The longstanding business will be replaced by Bogo Go, a new cafe concept from Bopomofo developed specifically for Downtown Disney.
Bopomofo is known for its freshly pressed juice, ethically-sourced loose leaf teas, and ceremonial grade matcha.
The Bopomofo menu also features sandwiches, burgers, bowls, tacos and more.
