Woman Escapes Kidnapping Attempt In Orange County: Report
An Orange County woman said she was almost abducted as she arrived to work Tuesday morning in Santa Ana.
SANTA ANA, CA — A woman was almost abducted as she arrived at work Tuesday morning in Orange County, KTLA reported.
The incident was captured on surveillance footage, when the 21-year-old victim was grabbed by a man riding in a blue van.
"She had stepped out, she had sort of opened the door and just stepped right outside, where there was a man who said 'excuse me.' And as she turned to look to the voice that said 'excuse me,' she said there was a man right behind a tree that sort of jumped out and grabbed her arm," the victim's brother told KTLA.

According to the victim's brother, the man grabbed her arm so hard that it doubled in size and is presently swollen and red.
The victim said the suspects tried to pull her into a vehicle but she was able to fight back.
