June was kind when it comes to real estate in the Palisades. With 32 sales and a gross volume of over $55,000,000, this is good news.
Compared to June 2010 we are one sale short of last year's number, but $20,000,000 less in overall volume. The Palisades is currently experiencing some strong sales activity and the number of new escrows is increasing.
