Unlike their illusive Mt. Lion cousins, California’s Bobcats afford us more of those ever-cherished wildlife sightings. Beautiful, excellent rodent control, and vital to a balanced ecosystem, these wild cats are still vulnerable from living so close to human development. Laurel Klein is conducting research on these wild cats in the Santa Monica Mountains and will share her experiences and the results of her studies. She will also share her recommendations for assuring their bright future and what you can do to help. Meet at Woodland Hall. 1.5hrs
